About The Opportunity
The Operations team has openings for a full-time Technical Specialist in our 24/7 Support Center where you will be responsible for the professional and efficient technical support for both customers and internal requests.
You will expected to effectively support the Guardian product by providing field troubleshooting, escalating engineering level issues, and initiating product return processes. Additionally, the Technical Specialist is responsible for facilitating software releases and assisting in RMA troubleshooting and testing.
We are looking for someone who is flexible to work 12 hour shifts on a rotating roster.
The successful applicant will have proven customer service experience and experience working in a call centre or similar environment, be process and detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
This role is based in Tucson, Arizona, and you must be able to live and work in the USA to be eligible for appointment.
