About The Opportunity
The Operations team has openings for Part-time Analysts in our Guardian Center where you will be responsible for monitoring and classifying fatigue events captured by our technology in the field.
You will have outstanding attention to detail along with demonstrated customer service experience - ideally gained within a call center or similar monitoring and control type operating environment.
We are looking for people who are flexible to work shifts - we have two 12 hour shifts per day, 5am to 5pm and 5pm to 5am.
The successful applicants will have proven customer service experience and experience working in a call centre or similar environment, be process and detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
These roles are based in Tucson, Arizona, and you must be able to live and work in the USA to be eligible for appointment.
