About the opportunity
As our business expands, we are seeking part-time analysts for our 24/7 Guardian Center. As an analyst, you will monitor and classify events which have been captured by our technology in the field. This involves reviewing video footage and determining whether the driver is displaying signs of fatigue or inattention. You will interact with clients to advise them of fatigue so that they can manage the safety of their fleet, actively contribute to road safety worldwide.
About you
You don't need to have done this job before as we'll train you, but you'll need a good customer service background in order to provide our clients with the highest levels of service. This work is time sensitive, so you'll also be comfortable working within tight time pressures and have a track record of meeting deadlines, all while maintaining accuracy and the highest levels of attention to detail. In addition, you will be well versed in the MS Office suite, and able to learn new software packages quickly.
We are looking for people who are seeking the flexibility that shift work can offer. We have three 8 hour shifts per day, 5am to 1pm, 1pm to 9pm and 9pm to 5am.
These roles are based in Tucson, Arizona, and you must have the right to live and work in the USA to be eligible for appointment.
