The Operations Group at Seeing Machines delivers strategic advice to our internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of projects and marketing campaigns to the business. This is a genuine exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Manager. The role reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager (APAC) and will serve as the primary business contact for customer accounts and ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction with SM products and services.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business as well as developing and maintaining records for the customer account, ensuring the currency of information.
The successful applicant will have proven account management or project management experience, be process and detail oriented and familiar with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word and Project) along with excellent communication skills.
