Currently, we are searching for Engineering Assistants for ongoing casual work in Canberra. We believe these roles are exciting opportunities for third or final year engineering students to gain commercial engineering experience - and be part of the Seeing Machines journey as we help shape the future of driver monitoring technology.
About The Opportunities
As a key support member of our Hardware Engineering group, you will provide technical assistance on key projects – working on everything from vehicle installations to component assembly and test of our driver monitoring systems.
You will have experience with:
- Electronic hardware design, assembly, repair
- Experimental design
- Laboratory work related to optics or electronics
- Vehicle installations or maintenance
- Mechanical design, prototyping
- Software development in Python, C, C++, Node.js
